What types of personal data do we collect about you and why do we collect it
We will collect certain information about you via our website, social media channels or by telephone. When you make an enquiry or a booking we will ask you for your name, address, email address and telephone number. We need to collect this information in order to arrange the services you are requesting.
How long do we keep your personal data for
We will retain your personal information for no longer than reasonably necessary. Generally, we dispose of any personal information 1 year after you last contractually engaged with us. This also applies to information held from enquiries only.
Your rights in relation to personal data
You have the right to make a Data Subject Access Request for any personal information we hold about you. You may also request to rectify, erase or object to processing any of that data.
